Thierry Danvin grew up in Lure, France, a small town located in the north eastern region near Switzerland and Germany.
After an extensive apprenticeship in France, Thierry accepted a position with Club Med. Thierry’s hard work, dedication, and personality, got him promoted to the position of “Chef Boulanger & Patissier” with the company. After his promotion Thierry went on to train bakers of all nationalities in the art of French baking. Thierry’s 10 year employment with Club Med enabled him to work all over the world. He has worked in such countries as: France, Italy, Israel, Switzerland, Bahamas, Brazil, Australia, Mexico, St. Lucia, Turks and Caicos Islands, and the United States.
It was in Turks and Caicos Islands, while both working for Club Med, that Thierry met Susan. Thierry, his wife Susan, and their three children (Emma, James and Scott) reside in Patterson, NY.
